Retirement Home

An 80.6 kWp solar array combined with a 100 kW high-voltage inverter system and 122.8 kWh lithium battery bank at a retirement home and care facility. Given the vulnerability of residents to extended power outages, the system was designed to maintain essential loads — lighting, heating and cooling, medical equipment, and kitchen facilities — throughout load-shedding events and to reduce the facility's annual electricity cost materially.
