The Projects We Take On
We focus on late-stage, near-bankable projects. We typically engage once the highest-risk development milestones are already in place:
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and permits complete
- Grid capacity study conducted and allocation approved
- Basic engineering design and plant layout finalised
- Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed
- Debt funding secured from lender(s)
- Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) legally structured and registered
